Description
Rare BEACH FRONT family cottage located right on Cawaja Beach! Upgraded interior designed to allow the family to spend meaningful time together, swimming, kayaking or simply relaxing on the white sandy beach, right from the back porch. Available for your use during your stay are: 1 Stand Up Paddle board, 2 adult kayaks, 2 child kayaks and various Beach toys. Shops, amenities and local attractions are within 10 minutes drive. To meet by-law requirements, a minimum stay of 7 days is required. The space An open concept cottage with soaring ceilings and large picture windows that will draw your eyes to the beautiful beach and inviting water. The cottage has three spacious, bright and airy bedrooms all furnished with new firm comfortable mattresses and fluffy pillows. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a stove, dishwasher, microwave and fridge and all the cooking pots and dishes you may require. There's also an island to make meal prep a breeze. A large 49" Smart TV is provided with access to hundreds of shows on the TV Apps. Hi- speed Wifi is available to connect your devices. The large dining table will ensure everyone has a seat at the dinner table, or if you'd prefer, you can dine outdoors under the string lights on our oversized deck, and the family sized gas bbq. For evenings, enjoy walks along the beach to catch the sunset, under the stars or sit around the fire pit, roasting sausages and Smores! During the day, there's plenty to keep you busy on the water with our selection of kayaks. Life jackets are also provided and should be worn when using the water equipments. A selection of beach toys is also available for use. Alternatively, you can just sit back and relax under the trees with a good book. Take some time out to make memories with your family at our cottage.
