THE LOOKOUT on Houghton Lake

The Lookout is a fabulous lake home with breathtaking views directly on Michigan's largest inland lake. Both sunrise and sunset can be enjoyed inside through a wall of windows or outside on the beautifully landscaped patio. The open concept living space features a chef's kitchen with Viking stove, granite countertops and wine fridge. Newly remodeled bathroom with walk in shower. Master bedroom offers amazing views of the lake. The space There are so many great spots to enjoy the lake at The Lookout. Get cozy on the daybed in the three season room and read a book while listening to the waves. Spend an evening next to the fire pit on the patio with a cold beverage. Hide from the world on the hammock with a glass of wine. Stay in bed late with an amazing view of the lake! And best of all....go jump in the lake! Please note the following: *The dock will be removed the end of October for the winter. *The three season room (where the daybed w/ trundle is) is not heated. It’s too cold for sleeping on cold nights. *The fireplace in the photos is not working at this time. *This home is located in a quiet neighborhood directly on Houghton Lake. Please do not book if you are looking to party. Only 2 cars will be allowed. We respect our neighbors and expect our guests to do the same. The patio is well positioned so that you have privacy and are not right next to neighbors. Guest access There is space for just two cars. Please do not park on the road end next to the home.
