Our finca is perfectly located between the 2 cities of Campos and Sa Rapita, both of which are worth seeing. The finca is absolutely idyllic in the middle of the Mallorcan countryside, surrounded by olive, almond and fragrant orange trees. The incomparable view from the upper floor makes the nature lover's heart beat faster. Our finca is perfectly suited for families, larger groups or couples who love country life and nature and want to experience and enjoy it in its original form. The space The finca was built in 2005 and the interior renovation and refurbishment of the finca has JUST BEEN COMPLETED!! Welcome :-) The finca is located in an absolutely quiet and fantastically beautiful natural landscape (perfect for walks, cycling...a very good bike rental is just a few minutes away in Campos), and also only 10 minutes from the Caribbean-like dream beach "Es Trenc." The finca has about 180 m² of living space and has 4 cozily furnished bedrooms, a spacious living room with open dining area and a kitchen that has all amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). On cooler evenings you can relax in front of the fireplace, on warm summer days enjoy the peaceful atmosphere on the terrace or by the illuminated pool. Important for you: The Mallorcan eco-tax (Ökotasa) is already included in the price, so nothing is added for you here. Most other providers charge this extra. If you arrive in the winter months, your heating oil consumption will be charged at cost price on site by the house service. (Via oil clocks that are of course shown to you on arrival and departure.) Guest access You can of course use the whole house and the roof terrace, except for the basement and generator room. Also the entire property of around 15,000 m².
