Comprising four independent units, each unit is equipped with all the modern comforts you need, including washing machines, fridges, hairdryers, and more. Outside, you'll find a garden with tables, chairs, and barbecue area. There's also an annex with a big table and a fireplace to host the entire group, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The villa offers stunning views of the Valle di Chio and features a private swimming pool. The entire property would be at your exclusive use, so you don't have to share spaces with other guests. Guest access Upon arrival, you'll have exclusive access to the entire property, including the private swimming pool and garden. The villa is located in a serene countryside setting, ensuring complete privacy for our guests. You can park your car on the property. Other things to note The price includes: electricity, gas, water, bedding and towels (changed weekly), use of swimming pool, cot and high chair if required.
