Our modern and spacious apartment, newly renovated, is located a few steps from the station "La Spezia Centrale" and is located at the 5th floor of an apartment building with elevator in a residential area at the back of the station. The location is really strategic: just 450 meters from the train station and 800 meters from the downtown. Our place is perfect to enjoy the many services that the city offers and at the same time visit easily the amazing villages of Cinque Terre, the Gulf of Poets and all the surroundings. You will stay in a modern, elegant apartment with a bright open space living room overlooking a spacious balcony. There is a double sofa-bed and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, oven, electric kettle, microwave and coffee maker. Tea, coffee and breakfast products will always be available at no extra cost. The bedroom has a double bed. Bed linen and towels are always included in the service. In the bathroom you will also find essential products for personal hygiene (hand soap, shower gel and shampoo) and an hairdryer. Air conditioning is available in all rooms. Wash&Dry machine (including detergents) for exclusive use and free of charge is in the apartment. Free WiFi available.
