Serene living space complete w/ 2 bed, 2 bath, living room, kitchenette (no stove), deck, TV, internet & deer! Enjoy our secluded forest setting with easy access to the fun sites in Colorado Springs & the Urban delights of Denver. Relax on the deck of our wooded retreat with your morning coffee or while you grill & play corn hole after a fun day of exploring. The space Easy self check-in with a keypad entry! Your entrance is on the back deck with access via a path around the house. *Master bedroom with its happy bird decor boasts a queen bed, en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet, sink), and large closet. A pack-n-play is in the closet for your use. *Llama bedroom can host four comfortably in its twin/full bunk bed and pull out trundle. *Hall bathroom has been recently renovated in include a spacious sink, soaking tub / shower combo, and toilet behind its beautiful sliding barn door. *Cozy up in the living space on the spacious couch in front of the gas fireplace. It will keep you toasty warm while you connect with friends or watch a show on the Roku TV. We provide a few games and books for your enjoyment during your stay. *The kitchenette is part of the living space and is thoughtfully stocked to best accommodate your needs. It includes: Large under-counter fridge Hot Plate Convection Microwave (air fryer, baking combo!) Toaster 10 cup drip coffee maker Hot water pot French Press for coffee Small Sink Crock Pot Blender Dishware & Silverware You also have private access to the gas grill on the back deck that has a side burner you can use as a stove burner. Guest access You will have two dedicated parking spaces on the driveway. It is a short walk around our house on a woodsy mulch path to your private entrance on the back deck. You will be provided with a code for the keypad lock on the back deck door prior to check in. We have a large fenced backyard with deck, there is a partition between our portion and that of the guest suite for your privacy. You are welcome to enjoy the shared front yard with swings and and a ninja line on our land. Other things to note ****The guest suite is an attached, private mother-in-law suite that shares a living room wall with our personal living space. Please be aware that there are children and a sweet dog on the property and while the suite is completely separate sometimes you can hear children's noises as you could in a well insulated apartment setting.
