Let me guess. You came here running your checklist, choosing the right place, expecting to do it all yourself. Everyone does. That's what the platform trained you for. The 10-page check-in manual. No way to ask for the small things that make a trip yours. And underneath: what if something goes wrong? Staying somewhere shouldn't be a job. There's someone here. Help when you need it, space when you don't. You don't have to carry it all yourself anymore. You finally get to be on holiday too. The space You check in at the desk and you're in. That's it. No figuring it out yourself. No standing outside a building at 10pm wondering if you're at the right door. This isn't one of those buildings where you're the only person in the hallway. There are people here, at the desk, around the building, close by if you need anything. It's the kind of place where help is a conversation, not a helpline. The apartment itself is straightforward. It's not a design hotel. It's not a boutique stay. You won't find curated art on the walls or luxury toiletries you'll post on IG. What you will find is a clean, comfortable space with real bedrooms behind real doors - and the freedom to come and go without managing your own check-in, check-out, and everything in between. Frank's Terrace is 2-mins up the road for coffee. The Cable Car is 2-mins the other way, ride it to the top and you're in the Botanic Gardens. Head down to the waterfront and you're at Queens Wharf in 7-mins: Crab Shack for something casual, Pravda for a proper dinner, Bambina for pizza. Another 10-mins along the harbour and you're at Te Papa. Woolworths Metro is around the corner for the basics. The building is right in Wellington's CBD, so there's the ambient hum you'd expect from a city centre - but inside, it's quiet. The kind of quiet where you notice you've stopped planning, stopped managing, stopped being the person who figures everything out. You're just here. And someone else has it covered. Guest access CHECK-IN Check-in is at reception with a real person. Just walk in, check in, and you're done. If you're arriving after 10pm, self-check-in is available. Let us know your arrival time in advance and we'll send you a separate guide beforehand. CHECK-OUT Check-out is by 10am. Need a bit more time? Just ask. That's the advantage of having real people here. THE SHORTCUT The building has a second entrance that connects directly to Lambton Quay. A handy cut-through to the waterfront, the Cable Car, and the rest of the city. We'll show you how it works when you arrive. PARKING Onsite parking is available at $30/night with unlimited in-and-out access. Fairly typical for central Wellington. Spaces are limited, so let us know early if you need one. Other options are nearby if onsite is full, and we're happy to help you figure out what works best. WIFI Wifi is available throughout the apartment. LAUNDRY Complimentary self-service laundry in the building. Other things to note This is a hotel-style apartment in the Park Hotel building. Practical, central, and comfortable. Like most central city apartments, the space is designed around location, not square metres. You're here for what's outside the door as much as what's inside it. The kitchenette handles breakfast, simple meals, and light cooking rather than elaborate dinners. We leave the pantry to you. Everyone's tastes and dietary needs are different, and Woolworths Metro is around the corner. If there's something you'd like ready when you arrive, let us know and we'll do our best. You're in the heart of the city. That means everything's on your doorstep, but it also means occasional street noise. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs. Central Wellington is a walking city, and most guests find they don't need a car once they're here. If you are driving, onsite parking is available at $30/night. Spaces are limited and go quickly, so the earlier you let us know, the better we can help. If onsite is full, there are several options within a short walk. No surprises on arrival.
