Small house of 35m2 furnished 3-star tourism for 2 people, located due south with access to rural path. 20 minutes from the Baie de Somme. 15 min from Mers les Bains and 20 du Tréport. Close to all shops: bakery, butcher, post office, small supermarket, kebab, tobacco shop/newsstand. Market at 5 min, 3 times per week. The space Recently renovated, this gite is a perfect base for visiting this beautiful region. The accommodation has a living room with an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.), a TV and a fan. Wifi available. The bedroom consists of a 160 x 200 cm bed and a large dressing room. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hair dryer. Bed linen and towels are provided. Cleaning fee of 20 euros Small outdoor area with dining table. We do not have an electric vehicle charging station but a terminal is available in the village. Guest access Quiet accommodation (small cul-de-sac with little traffic) You have the option to park for free near the Gîte. Other things to note In case of unavailability to welcome you, a key box is available. If anything comes up, my place is located next to the vacation rental.
