The space The Loft is located on the second and third floors of a historic building on the main street of Blairsville. Upon entering the space, you will be greeted by the colorfully minimalist space offering an open-plan kitchen and living room with massive windows and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality essentials and counter height table providing ample space to fully satisfy all your dining needs. The pull out sofa can comfortably sleep two people and is situated in front of the street facing window, allowing for a meditative experience of watching the passing cars and pedestrians. On the right hand side of the entrance is a large desk workspace and a high efficiency, fully equipped bathroom. Situated on the top floor, the bedroom is perfectly designed for a relaxing stay with a large panoramic window overlooking the mountains of the surrounding area. The room is furnished with a large dresser, lounge chair and an additional large work space for your convenience. Our fantastic sound system and carefully curated selection of hundreds of books present an unlimited source of occupation for the leisurely hours of the day while the two large desks and a strong WiFi signal make this place perfect for remote work. Public Transportation Options Blairsville is accessible by bus from Pittsburgh International Airport via Fullington Tours bus service. The closest Amtrak train station is in Latrobe, a 20 minute Uber drive away. There is a conveniently located bus stop right across the street (the IndieGo bus), which can take you to Walmart, 5 minutes away, or the neighboring larger town of Indiana, about 20 minutes away. Other things to note Blairsville is extremely walkable and inviting, offering a large variety of activities and attractions. Winding around the town is the majestic Conemaugh river, offering two boat ramps and a wonderfully scenic riverfront trail. A perfect location for your morning walk, run or kayaking experience. The nearby Ghost Town Trail attracts cyclists from all over the country and the expansive Chestnut Ridge Golf Course offers a uniquely picturesque experience to the nonchalant sportsperson.
