Flamingo Reef Dock House offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with spacious open concept living areas and all the comforts of home. It is located in a quiet family oriented building looking south directly down the CB Yacht Basin! There is also a pool overlooking the water to unwind by! Enjoy relaxing outdoors and dining with a view on the two wonderful covered balconies. Come & stay a while! The space Flamingo Reef Dock House is fully renovated and beautiful! You will find all the comforts of home as you stay just minutes from the beach. Enjoy dinning on the large balcony with the entire yacht basin as your backdrop. The sunsets are amazing and should not be missed. Enjoy from the high top table or hammock on the private baclony or from the condo's pool that overlooks the water. The Bunk Room is a kids haven. Bring a game console or play our vintage Nintendo. Challenge mom and dad to a game of Foosball or the tiki-ring game on your private kids porch with peekaboo views of the ocean. Please note that one of our beautiful bedrooms has 2 sets of bunk beds. 2 twin size beds over 2 full size beds with 2 unmade trundles beneath (trundles are available for use by request). No adults are allowed to be on or sleep on the top 2 twin bunk beds. Thank you for understanding. We will supply sheets if you so choose to make up the trundles for any reason (upon request). Remember our max capacity at any time is 8. Other things to note Please feel free to walk out on the docks and enjoy the sunsets, or throw a fishing line! Please respect homeowners belonging (boats, paddle boards, crab traps, etc). Please do NOT rock the docks as this can cause serious damage. Please give way to all incoming and outgoing boats. Please be mindful of noise and remember to clean up anything you bring out onto the docks or in the pool area! Trundle beds are unmade and available to use by request!
