We offer a Périgord stone cottage with great comfort (equipped kitchen, bathroom/Italian shower, large terrace of 20 m2, garden furniture...) in a charming area, in front of a park of 3 Ha with swimming pool, facing the forest of Bessède, in the heart of the Périgord Noir. Our estate is located between Sarlat and Bergerac, close to all the major historical sites and a stone's throw from the Dordogne River. We will be delighted to help you discover our site and our beautiful region. The space The house is equipped with great comfort, American kitchen, large living room dining room overlooking the terrace, 3 large bedrooms including 1 master suite, 2 Italian shower rooms, TV, Wi-Fi, large terrace of 20 m2 with garden furniture (dining table, outdoor living room and barbecue). Everything is located in a large park facing the pool. Guest access Private parking. Park and swimming pool available to residents. Other things to note A "first day" kit is provided: coffee, tea, chocolate, milk. Optional: - Linen: €20 per person per week (sheets, towels, tea towels, pool towels). - Breakfasts to be booked on site.
