The Country House Casale Vallechiesa Winery is located in Frascati and is a perfect place 30 minutes from Rome, where you can spend your stay in complete tranquility, in a relaxing environment, away from the chaos of the city. The Frascati railway station is about 2 km away and is easily accessible on foot. The research centers Enea Frascati and ESA ESRIN are about 4-5 minutes by car and about 30 minutes on foot. The space Upon entering, you are immediately greeted by an atmosphere of serenity, in a country house where the design is consistent with the rural context, surrounded by vineyards in the province of Rome. All the furnishings and accessories are new, and the linens are of excellent quality. - Kitchen: consists of a table for 4 people, a comfortable and new kitchen of excellent quality, well organized and equipped with new appliances such as dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, plates, water and wine glasses, pots and various utensils, paper napkins, placemats, oil, salt, vinegar. - Suite 1: very spacious and bright with 2 windows, it has a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a 40-inch HD Smart TV, sofa, air conditioner. - Small Suite 2: a small, bright room with a single bed and a single sofa bed, and an antique sideboard, small table, air conditioner. The mattresses in both rooms are equipped with toppers and will ensure a peaceful and comfortable rest. - Bathroom: with window, consisting of a comfortable shower, bidet, toilet, sink with modern cabinet and provided with everything necessary such as hairdryer, courtesy set including hand soap, bath foam, shampoo, paper towels, towels, washing machine, and a small first aid kit. Other things to note The apartment is located on the 1st floor without an elevator and is not suitable for people with disabilities. It is near a main road and the highway exit, with excellent connections to the GRA, highways, and railways. In about 30 minutes by car or train you can reach the center of Rome, the Eternal City. The train stations of Frascati and Tor Vergata are about 2 km away. Nearby supermarkets (Conad, MD, Eurospin) are about 2 km away. In front of the country house, within walking distance, there is a restaurant open every evening, and also at lunchtime on Saturdays and Sundays. The research centers ESA, ESRIN are about 2 km away, reachable in 2 minutes by car or about 30 minutes on foot. A car is essential for getting around. Free parking is available inside the property. Check-in and check-out are carried out in person by a member of our staff between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
