The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob suction on a cooking island, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven...and has sea view giving directly to the living room that has a sofa and 2 chaise longues , speakers and digital piano. Outside there are sun loungers , deckchairs armchairs , a sofa , 2 tables with chairs on the terrace and in the garden, which has many isolated places to contemplate the sea . Guest access The entire large garden is available with isolated sea view spots and 2 outdoor showers. The cliff is not owned. At 50 metres there is a large sea-view public swimming pool with seawater (Varazze horizon) with restaurant service, very suitable for children and for making new acquaintances. Sometimes in the evening there is a disco service. The music comes from far away in the garden but absolutely not in the house. We are an hour and 40 minutes from Malpensa airport and 30 minutes from Genoa airport. Just 5 minutes from the marina at Varazze. 2 minutes from the Varazze exit. The access road is private with an open bar in common with other houses. We have 3 parking spaces of our own Other things to note The house does NOT have direct access to the sea. To the sea you can go to the raven bay; either on foot or by car . It is about 800 meters. All the bike path is swimmable and the sea is clean and full of fish. Clay tennis with restaurant 800 meters away. Seawater swimming pool with sea view 200 meters away. Suitable for those seeking tranquility, nature and maximum relaxation.
