Beautiful Hamptons-style budget bedroom in Sydney’s Upper North Shore in a safe, quiet owner-occupied modern home beside a small forest, so there is no traffic noise. Free continental breakfast, Wi-Fi and free parking. Ideal for people working in Sydney, visiting family or tourists. Bus stops nearby, with a short drive to train stations, metro, shops, Macquarie Park, Cherrybrook, Beecroft, Carlingford, Hornsby, Parramatta and Norwest. 10-minute walk to the rainforest and Koala Park. The space The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and was renovated about 5 years ago. It is located next to a reserve in a cul-de-sac, and it is very quiet and in a very safe and green suburb. Guest access Breakfast is provided, and guests are welcome to access the kitchen for tea or coffee, or to warm up a meal in the microwave. Cooking in the stove is not permitted. During your stay I am flexible, and whilst I give guests privacy, I am available if needed. Other things to note Check-in is between 5 pm and 9 pm, and check-out is by 1 pm. Please advise your arrival time in advance. If you are running late, please contact the host. You will be provided with a key and are free to come and go, however quiet hours are from 10:30 pm to 7:30 am. During this time the kitchen and common areas are closed. No smoking, drugs, parties, or unregistered guests are allowed. This is a no-shoes home. Slippers are provided. Food is not permitted in bedrooms (drinks are fine). The continental breakfast is self-serve. Please respect the house rules and the comfort of other guests. The property is not suitable for children. You may see friendly native birds in the garden, but there are no pets in the home. Early check-in or late check-out may not always be possible. If you have any questions or special requirements, please ask before booking. Please note that 1/3 of the large wardrobe in this room is being used for storage, reason it is priced cheaper.
