The space Located on the raised ground floor of a two-unit house with private access via an exterior staircase, everything is designed for the comfort of families. Living room: Large kitchen open to the living and dining room, bathed in natural light. The private veranda quickly becomes the favorite place: morning coffee, evening aperitif, or just relaxing. Sofa, TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, board games and books for family evenings. Kitchen: Oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove top, range hood, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. Complete dishes and utensils for cooking like at home. BDs: Two bedrooms with a double bed and an ultra-comfortable double sofa bed in bedroom 1. Bed linen provided, convenient storage in each BD. Bathroom: Spacious shower, heated towel rail, hairdryer. Towels provided for every guest. Washer and dryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board, and laundry detergent provided — ideal for extended stays. Outdoor: Private veranda for your leisure time. Baby amenities: Baby cot and high chair available free of charge on request. Guest access You have the entire property to yourself, located on the raised ground floor of a house with two units. The entrance is private and is via an external staircase, after passing through the automatic gate secured by keypad. Your dedicated parking spot is directly in the yard. Electric charging station available upon request, paid service. You can also enjoy the common outdoor areas shared with guests in the other home: courtyard with foosball, and ping pong table. Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request depending on availability for an additional charge. Other things to note Pets are allowed only on request and under certain conditions: - Additional charge of €20 per dog per stay - Maximum 2 dogs - Maximum weight 15 to 20 kg per dog - Dogs must be clean, calm, and not left alone in the accommodation. - Please let us know before any booking in order to confirm acceptance with the owners.
