It has a Walk Score of 95 out of 100--Walker’s Paradise. the Ave, UW Tower and U District Link station are just within 3 min walk. Very clean . 5-8 min drive to Children Hospital, downtown Seattle,Portage Bay, Lake Union and Eastlake. Easy bus to Amazon or Microsoft. The space Furnished one bedroom apartments in a quiet building only a 5 minute walk away from the University of Washington. It is apartment #34 located near 42nd St NE and 11 Ave. University Way is just two blocks over. Trader Joes, Safeway, Movie Theater, and a variety of diverse restaurants are a five minute walk away. Easy access to I-5. 10 min to get to down town normally; 20+min in rush hour. * A full private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge and a range. *Furniture includes a queen/full sized bed and bed sheets, two night stands and a matching dresser, Crate & Barrel Sofa, coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs and towels. coin-operated washing machines and dryers are on site. *Free Business level WiFi, we can provide 2 passwords to use two semi private internet. *Fully equipped kitchen *All of the windows are double pane new windows. The reflective film is installed on the windows so people on the back alley cannot see inside. *coin-operated washing machines and dryers are on site. Guest access $210 monthly parking or $15 per day parking in our lot or $210 per month (compared with $25 -$35 per day in the nearby public parking lot.) parking is first come first serve. Right at the corner of 42nd St and 11th ave NE and within five minutes' walking distance to the University of Washington. Many bus lines are just a few steps away and can take you anywhere in Seattle yes Amazon too. Many buslines take you to anywhere as well as Microsoft connector stop. Only one bus no transfer needed to go to Amazon. We have quite a few guests work at Amazon for interns, 9 min drive or 17 min bus ride there. 10 min bike ride or bus ride to the beautiful Green Lake or Wallingford. There are 130 restaurants within a 15 minute walk including BBQ Chicken, Mongolian Grill, Thai Food, Japanese Noodle, Greek Gyro and Bubble tea house, etc. Other things to note This large one bedroom is priced reasonably is no other reason except the recycling and garbage truck comes 2 or 3 times a week in the morning to the alley which may have loud truck sound for 1 -2 minutes, just want to make sure it is ok with you. No elevator, but it is quite easy to climb to. Please refer to the house manual located in your itinerary for the check in and out procedures as well as additional important information. The laundry room is at the corner on the first floor next to apt #2. It has 3 washers and 4 dryers ($1.75 for washer and $1.50 for dryer). The trash can and yardwaste bins are in the locked room with a combination lock. The recycling bin is in the parking lot. Windows face the east side which is the back alley at the street level. 1) Every appliance is working perfectly fine, if one of the burner does not turn hot, it is loose from the base, just insert well, if the toilet tank has running water to the bowl, just press the handle one more, no need to be panic or complaining, if you cannot solve these problems, just let me know, we have checked that everything is ready to go. 2) Please reserve as the exact# of guests will come to help to build trust and transparency. The base rent is reasonable compared to the hotel rooms nearby. We keep the rate low for one traveler but need to charge extra for the extra guests. If a guest only comes partial of the trip, please let us know, we only charge for the nights of the guest stay. 3) Absolutely no smoking, smoking must be 25 feet away from the building property, if cigarette smell is detected, we will charge $400. 4) previously said some windows are filmed because facing back alley so there will also be brief noise of garbage or recycling collection in the early morning but you don’t hear much car sound like units facing streets in other time. 5) The owner will pay for the water, sewer, electricity and solid waste. The tenant use electricity judiciously. For long term guests, If the electricity usage is over $60/mo (over 28 days) for one guest or over $80 for two guests, the guests will pay the difference. This is the way that we do not casually waste energy. 6) Long term guests (over 28 days) due to its discounted rate than weekly or daily rental, need to purchase household consumable goods after the initial supplies are consumed. kids over 2 year old is counted as a guest. There is $15 per extra guest per night. The fees need to be paid before your guest move in or will be $30 per night for unreported overnight guests. The cleaning fee is only for washing the linens, making bed, vac and general dusting with no more than 2 hours. The cleaning fee listed here is the minimum for up to 2 weeks' stay, if multiple months, the minimum cleaning is that basic cleaning multiplies # of months. If too filthy, the guest is responsible to pay for the extra cleaning or damages based on $35 per hour for cleaning. Guests are responsible for unclogging the blockage of drain pipes, our service is 1/3 of the market rate which is $75 per hour. Registration Details STR-OPLI-19-002570
