The space House Rules & Smoking Policy The entire indoor area is strictly non-smoking and pet-free.Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor area. Amenities & Facilities Guests have full access to a private refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and massage chair.A coffee maker, toaster oven, and washer-dryer are also available for free upon request. Please note that the commercial kitchen is not open to guests. To prevent fire hazards in our wooden building, the use of portable gas stoves or any cooking indoors is strictly prohibited. Thank you for your understanding. Outdoor BBQ & Bonfire Rentals (Prior Reservation Required) BBQ Equipment Rental: ¥6,000 for up to 4 guests (plus ¥1,000 per additional person). This comprehensive package includes a large BBQ grill, charcoal, disposable tableware, setup, and cleanup. Bonfire Rental: ¥2,000. Includes a fire pit, 5kg of firewood, setup, and cleanup. BBQ Food Packages: Combined equipment and ingredient sets are also available. We set up an outdoor tarp, table, chairs, and a simple sink for your convenience. Bedrooms & Guest Capacity There are 2 bedrooms, each equipped with 2 twin beds (4 beds in total).For groups of 5 or more, we can provide 1 extra bed and up to 2 futon sets for an additional fee. One private bathroom and one toilet are available inside the house for guest use. Living Spaces & Work Environment The dining area features a large table and sofa, perfect for meals or desk work, comfortably seating up to 7 guests.The adjacent relaxation room is equipped with a massage chair and a sofa. You can also unwind in the traditional tatami room or on the engawa (veranda), immersing yourself in the peaceful atmosphere of traditional Japanese living. Despite our mountain location, high-speed Wi-Fi (up to 100 Mbps download) is available, making the house ideal for workations and extended stays. Guest access Guests are not permitted to enter the kitchen inside the accommodation, the backyard, or any areas marked "STAFF ONLY." Since Airbnb's system does not allow separate rates for adults and children, this fee applies to all additional guests regardless of age. Infants: Children under 2 years old stay for free and are not counted toward the guest total. Example Breakdown (4 Adults, One 2-year-old, One 1-year-old for 1 night):In this scenario, the 1-year-old infant is free. The total count for paying guests is 5. Your total price will consist of the base rate (for 4 people) plus the additional guest fee for 1 person (¥6,000).
