This studio can accommodate 2 people. It has been completely refurbished and decorated by an interior designer. The main room is equipped with a 160x200 bed (Queen). You can enjoy the terrace after a beautiful day by the lake or in the mountains with its breathtaking view of the lake and the city of Annecy. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary equipment for a good stay such as a raclette machine... The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. The balcony has a table and chairs. Le Nid du Favre is a set of two apartments, a studio and a two-room apartment that can be booked together or separately, accommodating 6 people in total. Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject. Household linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can move around without a car throughout your stay. The lake is a 5 minute walk away. Bicycle rental nearby (a superb cycle path goes all around the lake). Parking is possible in the neighboring streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or even in the Préfecture or Bonlieu underground car parks. Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the edge of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life. Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, the town has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage. Arrivals are possible every day from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. Beyond 9 p.m., if an autonomous arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of 20€ will be requested. If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be happy to welcome you before 4 p.m. This can only be confirmed to you on the same day. In the same way on the day of your departure, a late departure will be allowed if the accommodation is not taken over the same evening.
