INSIDE THE HOME This comfortable upper level 2BR/2BA condo in Truckee is just what you need for your next mountain getaway if you're looking for year-round outdoor activities. The condo has 2 full baths and 2 full bedrooms which includes a primary en suite with a king size bed and a 2nd bedroom fitted with a twin-over-full bunk and an additional twin bed. Open kitchen, dining and living room floor plan so your friends and family can mingle. Perfect for family with kids or two couples. It’s equipped with wireless internet, Roku smart TV, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, propane gas grill, and a designated covered garage. For some indoor family fun, we have decks of cards, board games, puzzles, books, and coloring books. You can also step out to the patio for some fresh mountain air. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, coffee makers (drip coffee, keurig and pour over), toaster oven/air fryer, InstantPot, small Crock-pot, blender, waffle maker, panini grill and cooking essentials including basic condiments (i.e. olive oil, salt, pepper, spices). We have also added a few dry pantry foods/goods that you are welcome to have in cases of heavy storms and road closures. We supply linens, towels, hand and dish soap, shampoo/conditioner/bath wash, hair dryer, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. LOCATION/AMENITIES We’re located across the street from The Lodge Restaurant & Pub which is known for offering classic bistro-style menus made with French and Pacific Rim influences; walking distance from a deli/market place; <1/4 mile from the Alder Creek trail; ~4 miles to the Beach Club Marina in Donner Lake; 1.7 miles from the Tahoe Donner Ski Resort; and <15 miles from other major ski resorts: NorthStar, Squaw Valley, Sugar Bowl, Soda Springs. WE WELCOME YOU This is our second home and we are happy to share it with you for a minimum of two-four nights. Our condo is an upper level unit in a four-unit building and we pride ourselves in maintaining respectful living with the neighboring residents. If you are interested in a long-term rental or ski-lease, please send us a message. We ask that you please remove your shoes when inside the home, no smoking, no parties, and no pets. We take great precautions with regard to health & hygiene by blocking days before and after your stay to limit cross-contamination between guests. This also includes disinfecting high traffic surfaces for additional safety. You will check right into the unit with your personal code (keyless entry) that will be sent to you 24-48 hours prior to your arrival.
