The space The Apartment The Green Art Living apartment in Lauben provides a calm and pleasant setting for a relaxing stay in the Allgäu. Located on the top floor of a multi-family house, the apartment offers open views of the surrounding greenery. With thoughtful furnishings and a quiet atmosphere, it is ideal for couples or small families. Layout & Sleeping Arrangements The apartment accommodates up to three guests and features a comfortable double bed as well as a sofa bed in the living area. Bed linen and towels are provided. A baby cot or high chair can be added upon request. The open-plan living area invites you to relax with a sofa, bean bag chair, and TV—perfect for reading, unwinding, or enjoying a movie night. Kitchen & Dining Area The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed for self-catering. It includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, and a Senseo coffee machine. A basic selection of spices, oil, and vinegar is also provided. The dining area is functionally integrated and well suited for everyday use. Bathroom The newly renovated bathroom features a bathtub with an integrated shower, ideal for relaxing. Towels and a hairdryer are, of course, provided. Amenities & Entertainment Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. A Chromecast allows you to stream content directly from your smartphone to the TV. Location & Surroundings Lauben is a quiet village with a rural character. A bakery and a small local shop can be found in the village. The nearby Iller River is perfect for walks. The motorway is reachable within about five minutes, Kempten within around 15 minutes, and additional shopping options are available in nearby Dietmannsried. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment during their stay. Check-in is contactless via a key box. The personal access code can be found in the digital guest guide, which is provided after check-in. Free parking is available directly at the house. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are provided. A small welcome set with coffee and tea awaits you for a pleasant start. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request. The apartment has been newly renovated. However, as the building itself is older, it may occasionally be slightly noisy. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
