The space Our apartment is located on Calle Dorrego, between Cabrera and Niceto Vega, right in front of the beautiful Buenos Aires Flea Market, a place you can't miss. Right next to the Market, you have Plaza Mafalda and Plaza Clemente, huge green spaces that you will fall in love with. The apartment is located on the 4th floor facing the street, so it is super quiet and with divine light. There are two very comfortable rooms, the room has large closets and a full bathroom with a bathtub, the living room has the integrated kitchen with an island, toilet, separate laundry room and a cozy balcony with grill, ideal for preparing a delicious roast in the comfort of home. In the living room the armchair is a sofa bed so you can take advantage of it for 4 people very comfortably. Both the bedroom and the living room have cold/hot air, the kitchen is super complete with a refrigerator with freezer, electric stove, electric oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, there is no gas in the building, you will see that everything is electric! They have a pool on the terrace for the summer months and access to the Laundry on the 10th floor that has a washer and dryer. The building has a manager. Only apartment guests can go to the pool. No visitors are allowed. Other things to note The pool is not heated so it is only available from December to March. Pets (unfortunately) are not allowed in common areas such as the terrace or laundry. No visitors or guests are allowed in the building except for SUM rentals. If the SUM is rented, guests can only go to that space, they are not allowed to go to the apartment or the pool.
