Newly developed area, next to nature, 15 min walk from the Mall and other facilities, and If you are by car or taxi, the center and fortress are 10 min away. For those who are coming for a medical treatment we are in close proximity (3 min by car) of the Hyperbar Clinic. The space The apartment was newly built. The kitchen is fully equipped. Coffee is on the house! The newly built apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, electric stove, fridge and washing machine. The living area has a table and 4 chairs to suit your needs to dine and serve as a work area. The sleeping area in the comfortable bedroom is equipped with a 140 cm bed for 2 people, overlooking the forest. We have placed a sofa bed in the living room in case you want to bring your friends (2 people). The bathroom will suit all your needs, you will find a spacious shower, sink and toilet. The bathroom is equipped with towels, shower gel, toilet paper, hair dryer, hand soap, all the necessities we could think of. It is within walking distance from Kaufland/Lidl, a very good Italian - Osteria del Dottore. And let's not forget our new Mall (about 15 minutes away). If you are visiting our small town for medical reasons, we are a 3-minute drive from the Hyperbaric Medicine Clinic. For smoking guests, we have placed a comfortable set of furniture on the balcony where they can enjoy the tranquility of the forest and a pleasant view next to a cigarette and a coffee (smoking is forbidden in the apartment). Parking is available next to the apartment. Guest access Building is accessible via security door with access code.
