Ranch house in a well established, transitioning neighborhood in Atlanta, Ga. Quiet street. Wide open floor concept with private bedroom and bathroom for guests. Additional room for reading/work/exercise. Large covered deck and outside fire pit. Close proximity to public transportation, 10-15 min drive to Atlanta Beltline, natural parks, Six Flags, Braves stadium, and downtown Atlanta. Host occupied. Must be ok with a dog. Open to dogs pending approval. Pet fee may apply. No cats. The space The house was built in 1960 but has been fully renovated. However, doorways may be smaller than current houses and the bathroom is a little more compact than modern styles. In general, the house is less accommodating for big and tall folks. The bedroom is a standard size bedroom with a full size bed. A memory foam mattress top has been added for your comfort! There is plenty of space for clothing and shoes throughout the room. Spaces are sanitized with a UV Light Sanitizer in between guests This house is in an established neighborhood that is transitioning. Several properties are going through renovation. Must be OK with staying in a minority community. If you are unsure what this means, please ask before booking. Guest access All spaces except host's rooms. During your stay I am available and sociable to your comfort level. I am a healthcare provider and work full-time so you'll have plenty of privacy. Other things to note Only booked guests allowed on property unless otherwise discussed with host. No illicit drugs or substances, including marijuana/THC, allowed on the premises at any time.
