The space Spacious 1 bedroom home on a beautiful farm in the heart of Tuscany. Property composes a spacious, open plan living room with well equipped kitchen, sofa, chair, dining table, smart tv, Wi-Fi, bathroom with walk-in shower, bidet & toilet. Renovated to a high standard, provides the perfect space for your holiday. Large double bedroom with a king size bed & luxury finishes. The app has its own private terrace with sitting/dining area. It comes with a shared swimming pool , Infrared sauna and gym & the best views that Tuscany has to offer. N.B. Please note the pool is open June to end of Sept. You are enveloped in 15 hectares of land including woods & vineyards to be enjoyed by the guests. Lower terrace, BBQ dining area & the pergola can also to be used by the guests. Guest access Entire grounds of the estate, Podere le Corticelle, including vineyard, terraces, all outside sitting/dinning areas are there to be used by the guests of the house. This includes the swimming pool, walking paths, terraces with wonderful Tuscan views and much more. Owners are on site to welcome guests. There is plenty of parking. Other things to note Due to the quality of finishes we only accept booking from guests over 18 years of age and the minimum age for all the guest in the group has to be 18+ as well. The pool / pools are normally open from the end of May - early June to the end of Oct, weather dependent. Bikes are provided free of charge, but all damages and punctures are for the guests to sort and pay for prior to departure. Please do not ask for early check-in as this is not possible.
