Apartment with panoramic pools in Chianti

Apartment developed on two floors in Casa Colonica with chestnut beams ceiling, two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen/living room and common courtyard with the other apartments of Casa Palei where you can find yourself and relax a stone's throw from the panoramic outdoor pools. Ideal for a family of up to four people, a group of friends or two couples who want to be independent and live the Tuscan countryside together. The apartment has a ceiling with chestnut beams and is spread over two floors: on the ground floor we find a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and the kitchen/living room; on the first floor, instead, a double bedroom. Each accommodation has bed linens and bath linens, but to access outdoor pools, relaxation area, wellness island and cave this cannot be used. It is possible, instead, to rent sheets and/or bathrobes from us. For each towel borrowed, €15.00 security deposit will be required and, upon return, €11.00 will be returned to the guest. For each bathrobe borrowed, €20.00 security deposit will be required and, upon return, €14.00 will be returned to the guest.  To access the Relaxation Area and the Wellness Island you need to have a towel/bathrobe per person that can be rented by us or can be owned by the guest. Instead, you need two towels/one towel and one bathrobe per person to access the Cave that can be rented by us or can be owned by the guest. Buffet breakfast from 8:30 to 10:00 in the panoramic terrace of the restaurant - extra on request, to be communicated the day before. Two outdoor panoramic pools open in the summer from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm in common with the other guests - included in the stay. The Relax/SPA Area includes a panoramic infinity pool, a Jacuzzi and a sun terrace. The Island of Wellness, on the other hand, includes an outdoor Jacuzzi near the olive grove. Finally, the Grotto includes a Finnish sauna or biosauna, a sensory shower and a hot tub. Exclusive use for 1 hour per day only by reservation at the time of check-in of one of the three Wellness Areas - included in the stay. To book your relaxing moment in the Wellness Areas you can email us two days before your arrival or you can request it during your check-in. The Enoteca Villa di Sotto Restaurant is open every day from 12:30 pm with continuous hours until evening and has a large panoramic terrace with a view as far as the eye can see of Chianti and Siena. The Restaurant offers an à la carte menu with typical Tuscan cuisine so that each guest can choose every day what and how much to eat, without any obligation of a full meal. Booking for lunch and/or dinner is not mandatory, but is strongly recommended as we also host guests outside the Bed and Breakfast. Tuscan cooking lessons: you can learn to make antipas, first courses and desserts from the recipes of typical Tuscan cuisine, with seasonal products.
