In addition, there is an outdoor area on the property with seating, which is freely usable for our guests. Our Villa Pauline is already a pretty "old girl". Built in 1925, it's been on the hump for many decades. This creates a wonderful old-build charm, but unfortunately also comes with a few requirements. Despite all the modernization measures, no soundproofing can be produced like in a new building. We ask you to take into account this when booking your stay.
