The space For a comfortable and secure stay, please take the time to read the Home Truths, House Rules, and Policies thoroughly. \n\nThe Mansion is special because of its:\n- Convenient location \n- Lush lawns \n- Colonial interiors \n- Sunroom \n- Library \n- Farm with livestock \n\nThe Space:\n\nBEDROOM \nThis is an air-conditioned suite room on the first floor. \nThe room offers a heater, TV, king-sized bed, electric kettle, Wi-Fi access and an attached balcony with a hill view. \nIt has an attached bathroom equipped with a geyser, towels and basic toiletries. \n\nLIVING ROOM\nThe living room of this property is a charm of its own that features ample space for unwinding and relaxation.\nThe living room on the ground floor seats up to 8 people and is equipped with Wi-Fi, AC and a heater. \n\nDINING AREA\nThe dining room is a part of the living room on the ground floor.\nIt offers comfortable seating for up to 18 people. \n\nBATHROOMS\nThere are 3 bathrooms in the villa - 1 attached, 2 common. \nAll bathrooms have solar heating, heaters, towels and basic toiletries.\n\nKITCHEN \nGuests do not have access to the kitchen. \nIt is equipped with a refrigerator, water purifier, crockery and cutlery. \n\nLAWN \nThere are lawns in the property. One being a lush and well-manicured lawn and another is a rustic lawn. \nOne is 816 sq. ft. and the other is 1200 sq. ft. \nThey offer comfortable seating for up to 16 people and 30 people respectively. Guest access The guests have access to their rooms and common areas. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. During your stay The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. Other things to note ACTIVITIES\nWithin the property, guests can enjoy and play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk on the lawn and embrace its beauty. They can enjoy authentic local meals. They can also relish a scrumptious barbecue meal and request for a bonfire to be lit up. They can venture out and go on a 30-minute hike, and admire the news from atop. They can visit the heritage railway tracks located 100 metres away from the property. They can stroll around the sprawling farm. They can also relax in the sunroom or pick out a book to read from the library.\n\nADD-ON SERVICES\n- Barbecue items are chargeable as per the menu. An additional charge of Rs. 500 for the coal will be levied for live barbecue.\n- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 for 3 hours. \n- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
