Modern & cozy apartment

Our house from the 1960s offers a quiet apartment under the newly renovated roof. It is accessible via a staircase on the 2nd floor. Here you will be rewarded, from the balcony, with a great mountain view. In the bedroom there is a 40-inch TV (incl. Prime), the kitchen is fully equipped and has a fold-out sofa bed. In the spacious hallway there is also a built-in closet. In the apartment, there are sloping ceilings and the ceiling is lower than usual. The space The bedroom has a double bed (180cm x 200cm) and a 40 inch HD/Smart 3DTV including Amazon Prime. Extendable double bed/sofa bed (160cm x 200cm) in the kitchen offers further space for two people. The apartment is about 27 sqm with sloping ceilings (height up to 1.90 m recommended), so not huge but very cozy and the view from your own balcony is fantastic with a clear view of the mountains. Wifi is free -Coffee machine and microwave incl. Accessories (as well as coffee+tea) are available, as well as kitchen utensils. Guest access Guests enter through our shared front door at the rear of the house and a stairwell directly into their 2nd floor/attic apartment. The last steps are narrower and larger people may have to duck their heads a bit. By arrangement, our washing machine and tumble dryer can be used for a fee. Other things to note In about 10 minutes walk there are several bakeries, the lake is 1.7 km away (about 15-20 min. by foot or 5 min. Bicycle). There is a shaded backyard with us, which can also be used for eating or relaxing as well as a small lawn with loungers. From the train station (about 700 m) you can take a regional train to Salzburg (45 min) or Munich (45 min). Nearest town is Rosenheim (15 min train ride). IC/EC trains also leave here. Munich can be reached in about 60 minutes by train. Guests with bikes can park them comfortably and safely in the backyard. Charging option for e-bikes is also available. There is a guest bicycle available for short distances.
