The villa does not have air conditioning, but this is not necessary thanks to the elevated position, as there is always a refreshing breeze. The swimming pool is slightly lower than the villa and has a very large solarium area with sun loungers, relaxation area entirely at your disposal. Private pool is at your exclusive disposal. The villa has a private parking space on the property and a second car can be parked in the cul-de-sac opposite the villa. Villa Montagne & Lago is perfect for those looking for a pure relaxation break. It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.
