Lovely view to the city and mountains. Located in the heart of El Paso, minutes from Juarez, Airport, UTEP, downtown, Fort Bliss and most event centers. The house is spacious, with two living rooms and an open kitchen layout. Plenty of outdoor sitting areas. The grilling area is covered, featuring string lights that will keep the night luminated adding to the ambiance. The space The home was build in the 40's, still has original wood floors. The house does not have interior locks. The first two bedrooms have window units for cooling. From the kitchen to the back of house there's refrigerated air. Guest access You may park in the drive way in front of the detached garage and double gate on the side of the house. Other things to note The home is an older home, there is no locks on any of the bedrooms nor bathrooms. Trash days are Tuesday mornings, it's best to take out can Monday night.
