Industrial Chic Haven with Dreamy Pool at ALUA

Alua Loft is an exquisite studio loft in Umalas that blends modern industrial style with a harmony of contemporary elegance and is rich in soft white tone color, giving the Alua loft an inviting environment. Located in a prime location, it only takes 10 minutes to drive to the center of Canggu and Seminyak. This one-bedroom studio loft features a private swimming pool, a complete kitchen, and a private shower furnished with a dreamy bathtub allowing the guest to soak the day away. The space A white concrete bridge with a swimming pool underneath it will welcome you as you step upon the loft. A two-bench is set right by the pool, giving you a perfect spot to gather with your friends. The loft is surrounded by a tiny garden and tropical plants, giving the property a slight sense of nature. Entering the building, you will find a white concrete staircase designed with a railing on the right side to highlight the dynamism and rhythm of circulation inside the space that connects the ground floor to the upper floor. The first floor features a semi-open living space with a nice and cozy living room, a kitchenette area where you can make a quick meal, and a cute tiny dining table is also provided in the apartment. There is a private bathroom on the first floor. The bathroom is split into two sections, each with a separate room for the shower and bathtub. The upper floor is planned to host a secluded sleeping and resting area zone. It is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. Additionally, the large glass windows in the ceiling give the bedroom area a glimpse of the outside and the natural surroundings. Guest access The villa and pool will be reserved for you. There will be a host who will be your contact person during your stay. We have a team existing of housekeeping, gardener, and pool boy to make sure that the villa is in pristine condition. Other things to note Please be aware that the villa is ONLY ACCESSIBLE by motorbike, you need to walk around 100 meters from drop off area if you come by car and there is no parking area available for cars. We strongly advise using a drop-off service to get here or using a motorbike as we have provided a bike park at the villa entrance. Please adhere to the booking rules. The villa cannot be occupied by more guests than booked. Host approval is required for professional photography and additional terms may apply.
