Very convenient location available for one month only. The space We have put a lot of love and care into our home, and we really enjoy sharing it with others. The unique features include a hot tub, indoor treehouse for the kids, hammock, a grill, french doors plus glass back door that open up for a gentle cross breeze on hot days, and a heat lamp for outdoor dining on chilly nights. It's the indoor/outdoor space we always dreamed of and we worked hard to make it a reality. We've also renovated to ensure our interior honors the Mediterranean exterior - Saltillo tile, bright and bold wall colors, plants everywhere. We would love to share our home with you. Other things to note Help yourself to fresh herbs and lettuce from our garden. Kick back in the hammock or enjoy a cocktail in the hot tub. Several bicycles are available for your use in the basement - 2 road bikes, one fixed gear and a bike attachment for small children. There are bike lanes everywhere in our neighborhood and throughout the East Bay. Child’s scooter and helmets also available along with a wide assortment of toys, soccer ball w/nets, etc. For nights at home, we have a Roku flatscreen TV with subscriptions to Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, Disney+ and more. We have very fast wifi. This is our full time home but our personal belongings will be locked away and out of sight. We have a toddler so can assure you this home is baby and child-proofed.
