So we are happy to welcome you as a group or family. The space The former commercial space measures around 66 square meters and gives you a spacious loft experience. It was extensively renovated by early 2023 and now offers a huge window area in the living area and plenty of space for your group. The high-quality renovation is also reflected in the bathroom, which is equipped with exclusive tiles as well as a shower and tub. The equipment also allows longer stays. A washer dryer and a fully equipped kitchen leave nothing to be desired. If you don't want to cook yourself, you will find a bakery across the street and many restaurants within walking distance in the city center. Four people can sleep comfortably in the separate bedroom with two 1.60m x 2.00m beds. There are three 0.90m x 2.00m box-spring beds in the living room. Guest access The loft has private street-side access up a four-step staircase. Inside the apartment there are several doorsteps. A smart lock with keypad is available as an access option. You will receive your personal access code prior to your arrival. There is a key safe as a backup.
