The Hop On Hop Off buses will take you all over the island, and it's what the locals use. The cost ranges from 10 to 50 pesos, depending on where you want to be dropped off. 2. E-trikes are also a cheap mode of transport, but if it's empty, the driver will usually ask you to pay for a private ride, which usually costs 250-300 pesos. But if there are other passengers, you only have to pay 25-50 pesos.
