The space The house has independent pedestrian access and is divided as follows: ON THE GROUND FLOOR Large dining/living room with equipped kitchen, extendable table with chairs, sofa bed, Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney +, Now TV. Bedroom with double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Bathroom with shower, sink, bidet ON THE SECOND FLOOR Bedroom with double bed, 2 single beds, wardrobe, dresser, desk Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, dresser, desk. The bathroom is therefore ONLY on the ground floor. All the rooms overlook the inner courtyard of the house. Guest access Cascina Bramasole is a portion of the adjacent manor house, with a driveway entrance shared with the owners but with a pedestrian entrance to the independent house. Possibility of parking the car in the internal courtyard shared with the owners. Other things to note The kitchen is equipped with the following appliances: induction cooktop, oven, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine with paper pods or ground coffee, pots, cutlery, glasses, and everything you need to cook and dine for 8 people. Kettle, toaster. There are three of us living in the main house: Marta, Marco and our dog Elvis, a 3-year-old Golden Retriever, who loves everyone immensely, but will not come to disturb you unless called. Two cats also live in the garden. Access to the whirlpool is allowed for those over the age of 16. The basement pool (7x4m, 120 cm deep with a movable ladder) is not supervised; therefore, access is allowed to those over 16 years of age and children only if accompanied by an adult.
