Violators will be charged a $500 fee and removed from the unit with no refund ‼️ 🚭 NO SMOKING 🚭 This is a NON-smoking building and smoking is NOT permitted in the building. If there is any evidence of smoking, guests will be charged a $250 fee. 📍Do not break anything. If any damage occurs notify the host immediately. Any damage to the unit, broken, or missing items discovered after your stay will be charged to you to fix or replace. 📍 Early check in: Check in begins at 4pm but you are more than welcome to request early check in for a $30 fee. We will be able to provide it based on availability. Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. 📍Late check out: PLEASE check out at 11am to allow for proper sanitization for the incoming guest. Any unauthorized late check out that disrupts the cleaning company’s access to the unit will be charged a $50 late fee. 📍 Pet policy: Pets are allowed. There is a $100 pet fee. Guests are expected to clean up after pets. Additional cleaning fees may apply if this rule is violated. 📍 Please leave the unit in good condition. Any cleaning of bio hazardous materials including vomit, blood, urine, or fecal matter will be assessed an additional fee of $250+ 📍Lost Keys: Please do not LOSE the key fob or keys. $150 replacement fee for the key fob and $100 replacement fee for the keys.
