Torre dell'Aurora is an ancient, panoramic dwelling in the Tuscan countryside that can comfortably accommodate 5 people, surrounded by a large green area for exclusive use, perched on the La Meraviglia hill in the medieval town of Monte San Savino. Strategically located between Florence, Siena, Cortona, Arezzo and the Tuscan thermal baths, it is ideal for those who want to discover the beauty of Tuscany or those who prefer to relax in a secluded place. The space Leaving the car in the large clearing at the end of the slope, opening the gate you enter the private garden, equipped for resting, eating and, if you wish, grilling a fantastic 'Chianina' steak. The garden is overlooked by the French windows of the large living room, with sofa and armchairs, workstation, dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with four gas burners, oven, fridge with freezer and dishwasher, and a tiled wood stove that can also be used to cook and heat dishes. All rooms have WIFI and panoramic windows with mosquito nets, because the breeze coming from the valley makes air conditioning unnecessary. From the comfortable internal wooden staircase or the traditional external stone staircase (watch your step!) you go up to the second floor, which includes a large entrance hall and many wardrobes for luggage, a luxurious double bedroom with two windows and private bathroom with bath and shower and a second bedroom with another double bed or two beds and the second bathroom, where there is also a washing machine. A further staircase leads to perhaps the most beautiful room: a third bedroom with a French bed, private bathroom with shower and a small terrace overlooking the roof tiles and the entire valley to the horizon! Guest access Upon arrival guests will be given the keys to the flat, the entrance gate and will have full access to the property and the garden. Other things to note Guests can enjoy absolute privacy, guaranteed by the large green area for their exclusive use, which includes a forest of oaks, blackberry brambles and wild roses and a hundred or so olive trees and is often visited (hunting is prohibited) by roe deer, foxes, hares and hundreds of birds that cheer guests with their chirping.
