Private guest room in beautiful Lake Daniel Park with keyless entry. Perfect location, walking distance to downtown Greensboro, UNCG and walking/biking trails. Other colleges ( Greensboro, NC A&T, Bennett ) are all within a 5 mile radius. Short 2-3 minute drive to local hospitals (Wesley Long and Moses Cone)and a great shopping center. Multiple restaurants within 1-5 mile radius. The newly decorated queen bedroom has a very comfortable memory foam mattress with amazing cozy bed linens. The space This bedroom is on the downstairs level and has its own private bathroom and den across the hall. There is also a den with a couch and a desk across the hall. It is completely renovated and has everything you need for a good nights rest. There is a full shared modern kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and refrigerator for you to use at your leisure. Guest access Entry to the house is available via keypad entry in the front of the house. Car parking is free in the covered driveway. A bus stop is very close by. If you prefer, Uber/Lyft will drop you off for a reasonable price. During your stay I live in the home and have one small dog. The kitchen, living room and laundry room are shared space. Other things to note No smoking or parties on the property. I have one small dog, Kramer that is inside. He is hypoallergenic and is very sweet and friendly.
