This Stunning unique apartment is located on one of the UK’s most popular seaside golf courses and offers breathtaking views over the golf course and the picturesque Kent coastline. With close proximity to the beautiful coastal town Broadstairs, The Fairways makes for a wonderful, luxury get away with every touch designed with our guests in mind. The space Located with the privately gated complex, the apartment is located on the 1st Floor. The luxury apartment boasts a modern, open space kitchen/diner/lounger area, a double bedroom and under floor heating throughout. The most spectacular views of the golf course and the Kent coastline can be enjoyed from comfort of the balcony seating area. It’s perfect for either a family or couples who are looking for an escape to the coast or anyone looking to enjoy the all-year round golf course which the apartment overlooks. The spacious living room has a sofa as well as a double sofa bed so the apartment can sleep up to 4 people. There is Smart TV with Netflix which is free for our guests to use along with access to a super-fast Wi-Fi connection. The open planned, fully equipped kitchen houses an induction hob and integrated oven and microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen also has a kettle, toaster, and a coffee machine. There is also a dining table for those looking to spend their evenings in the comfort of the apartment. The bedroom homes a King size bed, extensive wardrobe space and a full-length mirror. The bed can also be split into two singles if desired. The apartment has an allocated parking space which is free for our guests to use for the duration of their stay. There are also two EV charging points available for guests to use. Guest access Prior to arrival, guests will be issued with full check in instructions. To access the apartment, guests are required to walk up two small flights of stairs and unfortunately there is no elevator in the building therefore we would not recommend this property for anyone who would struggle with stairs or who requires wheelchair access. Other things to note The apartment is accessed via a communal door entrance and some of the neighbouring apartments are home to permanent residents. We ask our guests to respect this and keep noise to a minimum when entering and leaving the building. If you require the bed to be split into singles or use of the sofa bed, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice
