The property is operating for more than 3 years. It's newly renovated last Dec 2021. The place design is unique and simple. It's nearby 10,000 roses, lantaw Restaurant, Maribago, Marigondon Beach Resort, tambuli beach Resort, Mactain International Airport, Ferry terminal, Shangrila resort and Mactan Newtown, Cordova floating cottage, Cordova Parola and the new Cordova/Cebu 3rd bridge. The space The property can accommodate a maximum 10 adults. The children 12yo below is free of charge (if not require an extra foam mattress). The reservation price may vary as per the number of guest. Guest access The guest can access all the space in the property. Other things to note The neighborhood is so safe and friendly. Many of the foreign tourist opt to stay coz it's guarded and they can roam around the neighborhood safely. The place is ideal for a lay over from and to airport. We have an outdoor table for chill outside the property.
