Located directly opposite a beautiful park full of mature native trees and plenty of bird life. The home can comfortably accommodate 2 people with a large open planned living room, complete with smart TV and free Wi-Fi included. There is parking for at least 2 cars and a caravan. The space Set directly opposite a gorgeous park on a quiet family friendly street. This is a nice homely house that you can relax in after a long day at the local beach or after a full day of sightseeing. With 1 large master bedrooms coming with a queen sized bed plus there is a large wardrobe and storage space. The light filled bathroom comes with shower, vanity, mirrored cabinet and toilet. The kitchenette is fitted with an electric mini oven and hob, a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, nutri-bullet, cooking utensils and all the crockery and cutlery you need to make any meal you desire! There are two outdoor sinks plus a gas BBQ and their are two outdoor sitting areas for entertaining or just relaxing. A washing machine and a line for drying are also available. All bed linen and bath towels, tea towels supplied. We have tried to include everything you would need to enjoy your staying in this quiet and comfy location, we hope you enjoy your stay. Guest access The access code to the lock box will be supplied with other information regarding the property 12/24hrs prior to arrival. Other things to note You can park your car in front of the gates or you can open up both gates and park behind them also. There is ample room for a caravan or boat parking also if needed. The lock box for the access key is located next to the back door ( code will be supplied 24/12 hrs prior to arriving) The home is located behind another property at the front, the front courtyard is not accessible.
