The space BASEMENT UNIT ONLY — Does not include upstairs unit. Please note the home is a duplex with two units that do not share access. A propane fireplace and electric heat keeps you toasty during cold winter months and natural basement cooling, large windows and a fan keep you feeling fresh during the summer. Find locally-sourced treats and coffee for you to enjoy. We recently upgraded to Starlink which offers up to 200 Mbps download speeds, making this location perfect for remote work! An Amazon Firestick provides the entertainment and WiFi keeps you connected even when you’re in the middle of a forest. FOR LONG-TERM GUESTS: this space is not suitable for individuals that work nights. Guest access Guests have access to the basement unit only. Other things to note Pet fees: A maximum of two dogs are allowed in the space at a time. A $100 deposit will be charged prior to your stay; once you leave and no damage has occurred, a $25 per pet fee will be subtracted from your deposit and you will receive the remainder. If you do not specify before your arrival that you have dogs, you will be charged a flat $250 fee. Noise: This is the lower unit of a duplex and some noise may travel between the two units. Quiet hours are enforced between 10 pm and 8 am and no parties are allowed to ensure everyone enjoys a comfortable, relaxing, and quiet stay.
