The space Our facility is located in one of the quietest and well-stocked areas of Sardinia, you will enjoy the opportunity to be in an Oasis of tranquility and well-being. We enjoy a large outdoor patio perfect for smart working and a hammock for relaxing. Ours is not a villa that enjoys luxury or splurge but the perfect place to relax and recharge to explore the enchanting Sardinia. The location enjoys the most beautiful sea in the area and strategic spots for eating local, the best ice cream shop in the area, laundromat within 500m walk and a small market for grocery shopping. Guest access The outdoor part on the upper floor, the patio and outdoor shower is 100% for the exclusive use of the guests. The Villa is fractional and one can enjoy the entire second floor and the small terrace accessible from the living room where there is a pleasant view. For transparency we report that the ground floor belongs to the homeowners who are sometimes in the structure but there is absolutely no possibility of access between them given the presence of a walled door between the floors. You will also find stairs leading to a second floor where we have the rooftop terrace that you may find closed for maintenance.
