Renmark River Villas No 52 "The Bellagrove Villa"*

Privately owned and operated, "The Bellagrove Villa" is a 4 bedroom villa and is one of 4 villas that we offer on James Avenue, Renmark. All are situated across the road from the river and only a short stroll to the town. Self-contained, ducted a/c and undercover area with bbq. Secure parking for 2 cars &/or boat. When one large group occupies more than one villa adjacent to one another, we can unlock the rear gate so that guests can have easy access between the alfresco areas and pools The space Renmark River Villas consists of four modern and luxurious villas that are located across the road from the River Murray and only a 5 minute riverfront stroll from the heart of Renmark for shopping, dining, cafes and playground. The two most recent villas (No 52 and 54) were completed being built in June 2023 and they consist of the following features: Spacious kitchen, living area and undercover alfresco area with outdoor kitchen with built in Webber Q that overlooks the private enclosed rear yard. Quality appointments in the villa including a large kitchen with full size fridge (with water dispenser), dishwasher, oven and induction cooktop and Gaggia fully automated coffee machine. Each villa has its own private and large in-ground swimming pools. If catering for a large group, there is easy gate access between each villa. Villas 52 and 54 have four bedrooms each - two of the bedrooms have king beds (zip apart) and ensuites. The other two bedrooms have queen beds (zip apart) and two single rollaway beds that can be added to these rooms or where ever you request them to go! In addition to the two bathrooms, there is also a separate third toilet and double vanity to cater for large groups. There are wall mount TVs in every bedroom and all linen provided. Reverse cycle air conditioning and heating for year round comfort. Separate laundry and secure car parking for 1 vehicle under main roof of villa. Parking also available on the street and there is additional secure car and boat parking in the rear yard (accessible from the rear laneway) for each of the villas. Rates are calculated on a per person basis, making it affordable for 1-10 people. Our villas are privately owned and operated by ourselves, Deanne and Stephen Flaherty. We have designed the villas and had them built with style and quality top of mind. We have fitted them out so you just need to bring your food, drinks, clothes and yourselves, and once you have arrived you can relax and enjoy what our villas have to offer. We look forward to your stay Guest access There is a key check in system to collect your key for the Villa. These details will be provided to the customer via email prior to arrival. Other things to note Please note our base rate is for 2 people occupying one bed. When separate bedrooms are required for each person staying, please contact us to request this and there will be an additional cost of $85/adult/night and $45/child (15 or below)/night and you will also have access to the second bathroom. When more than one couple is staying, we will unlock the second, third and fourth bedroom, and second bathroom as required. King and queen beds can be split into singles at an additional cost of $50 per queen or king bed. A single trundle bed can also be added to each of the two queen bedroom at an additional cost of $50 per bed. Security bond - we will also make contact with you to get credit card details to do a hold/preauthorisation for a security bond of $450, to be processed on day of arrival. If there are no damages or extra cleaning required upon your departure, the bond hold will automatically release after 5-7 business days.
