This association features a spacious pool deck with a pool, hot tub, plenty of lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas and gas grills. Enjoy private association access to walk just steps to the beach or grab a cocktail and lounge on the pool deck while taking in the sand and surf at sunset. Condo Features: Bedroom 1 - Entering the condo to the left is a bedroom with a Queen bed, Flatscreen TV, washer and dryer, and fold out ironing station. Bedroom 2 - Entering the condo to the right is the Master Bedroom with King bed, flatscreen TV and attached bathroom with oversized vanity and shower. Bunkhouse - Entering the condo down the hallway on the right is the "bunkhouse" with a set of Full size bunkbeds and flatscreen TV. Between the guest bathroom and the third bedroom. Perfect for kids! Guest Bathroom - Entering the condo down the hall to the right between the bunkhouse and third bedroom is a large guest bathroom with oversized vanity and shower/tub combo. Bedroom 3 - Entering the condo down the hall past the bunkhouse is the third bedroom with Queen size bed and sliding door access to private balcony and flatscreen TV. Living Room - Spacious living area with updated granite, custom cabinetry, bonus breakfast bar seating, 6 person living room table, plush couches, oversized entertainment center and large Flatscreen TV. Sliding door access to walk out to private balcony which overlooks the Suncoast Sea Bird Sanctuary, a favorite local attraction. Private Balcony - At the back of the condo is the walk out balcony off the living room and third bedroom which overlooks the Suncoast Sea Bird Sanctuary. Additional Amenities: 1 owner's parking spot (guest spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis) Free private Wi-fi Flat screen TV's in Master Bedroom, Living Room and Bunkhouse Private washer and dryer Beach towels, beach chairs, and cooler provided for guests Fully equipped kitchen Know before you go: Check In: is 4:00 PM and Checkout is 10:00 AM. We cannot accommodate early check or late check out. Temperature: A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap Parking: 1 assigned parking space is available for 1 vehicle. Additional guest parking is very limited and is first come first serve. Utilize parking pass displayed at all times to avoid a fine and/or tow. Association does not allow any trailers or RV's on the premises. Pet Policy: No pets are allowed. Accessibility: Located on Floor 1 - accessible by 2 flights of stairs or use elevator to access level 1 above parking garage Renter: Must be 25 years or older to rent July 4th Holiday: If you are booking during the week of July 4th, you may be required by the association to wear a wristband in order to access facilities (pool, hot tub, etc.). ONLY 8 WRISTBANDS are distributed for this condo. The association will require to view your lease and will provide wristbands. Any guests over 6 will not be provided a wristband and are subject to eviction. *Please note we do have a ring doorbell on the exterior of the front door. It does record video and sound. We use this to maintain operations remotely (cleaning, maintenance, etc.)
