In Torre Specchia Ruggeri, 700m from San Foca, we offer you a detached air-conditioned villa, in an area well served with bars, restaurants and supermarkets, located 150m from the beautiful sea of Salento. The property is arranged on two levels: on one level there is the living room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom) on the other level there are 2 bedrooms and bathroom. There is an outdoor garden with a barbecue, awnings and a shower. The space The villa is located 700 meters from the "Le Cesine" nature reserve, 1.5 km from the wonderful "La Poesia" natural pool, 20 km from Lecce, and 60 km from Brindisi airport. Guest access The villa is 150 meters from the sea, and 20 meters away there is access to a beautiful pine forest. There is free fenced parking. In the house, it is possible to add a cot for children up to 4 years old at a cost of 10 euros per night (the cot will be added only if available). An additional bed (single sofa bed) can be added upon request at a cost of €20 per night. Payment is made at the property at the time of check-in. Other things to note The municipality requires the payment of an accommodation tax for holidaymakers of 1.50 euros per day for each person to be paid to the owner of the apartment upon arrival. A regular receipt will be issued for this payment. Linens (sheets and towels are included in the price). After 8:00 p.m., self check-in is possible, but in this case, guests must send their identification documents (passport or identity card) online before their arrival.
