The unit is 1100 sq ft. There is also free parking on site for 2 cars and the unit and building are very secure and safe. The space The unit is located in the historic Seagle Building in Gainesville. It is on the 9th floor with access via elevators. The views are spectacular. Each bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress. The living room has sleeper twin chair. Extra linens and blankets are in each closet. Each bathroom has a bathtub / shower combination. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, stove and fridge and various small appliances including blender, coffee maker, electric kettle, French press, pots and pans, dishes and glassware. The pantry is stocked with other essentials such as spices, olive oil, coffee, sugar, creamer, etc. The dining room table is large and can comfortably accommodate your party with plenty of room. The dining room buffet contains linens for your use. We offer toiletries for your stay including shampoo, soaps, etc. Lastly, we have a tv and board games and books for a rainy day. Guest access You will have access to the entire unit. Other things to note The building and unit are secure for your peace of mind. You can access the main lobby of the building using a secure code. The unit is accessed via the 9th floor lobby which is only for the units on the 9th floor. Ample and free parking onsite.
