The apartment is new renovated, flooded with light and very cozy. The interior design style deliberately combines tradition with modernity. The Mühlengrund, first mentioned in the 14th century, is family-owned. The apartment surrounds a large enchanted farm garden with greenhouse and outdoor seating. Behind the rose-covered foundations of the former grain mill, the Mühlbach ripples. The space The home has a spacious bedroom with a large bed, "like before" with real down bedding and linen covers. An old Singer sewing machine serves as a workspace directly at the window. In the living room there is a wood stove, big TV and cozy couch. The patio door in the living room leads directly to the farm garden. There are apple, pear and plum trees, countless flowers and perennials, a goldfish pond and a romantic sitting area. Other things to note In the winter and summer, the Bavarian Forest is the perfect recreational room: skiers, cross-country skiers, hikers and also golfers (only 6 km away from the 18-hole course Poppenreut) will get their money's worth. In summer, our private lake property (300 sqm) is at your disposal on a swimming lake 12 km away. For trips to the National Park Bavarian Forest, our apartment is a perfect starting point. The historic three-city city of Passau, the Mühlviertel in Upper Austria and South Bohemia in the Czech Republic are only half an hour away from the car. On weekends, you have the opportunity to take the Ilztalbahn on one of the most scenic secondary routes in Germany from Waldkirchen to Passau.
