It consists of three rooms on the lower floor as well as an entrance/play area and a private garden. The location is an excellent starting point for hiking in the Sonnenstein forest area and for excursions in the Eichsfeld. Immediately behind the house, the view opens up over wonderfully wide meadows and fields, over which the Brocken appears in good visibility. Excursion destinations are in the immediate vicinity e.g. Skywalk, Bodenstein Castle, Mining Museum, Wenderhütte, Ruhmequelle and much more. But also exciting excursions to the Harz National Park, such as the spa towns of Bad Sachsa and Bad Lauterberg, the Odertalsperre, various stalactite caves or the Braunlage ski resort can be reached in less than an hour's drive. You can start your day with a coffee and enjoy the magnificent tranquility of the countryside. It goes in through a spacious entrance hall, which can also be used as a recreation room with a dartboard and table football. Directly at the entrance you will also find the modern bathroom with rain shower. Of course, we provide fresh towels, soap and a hairdryer. The laundry package is already included in the cleaning price. Continue along the hallway and on the right side you enter the fully equipped kitchen with cozy seating area. On the other side is the children's room with double bunk bed, where the lower mattress measures a width of 1.40 m. At the end of the hallway you enter the master bedroom with spacious king size double bed and chic LED lighting. Opposite is the cozy living room with sofa bed. Especially on colder days, the water vapor fireplace creates a special mood. On nice days, you will also find a private garden outside with seating, barbecue, sun loungers and sandbox for our little guests. We look forward to welcoming you as our guests.
