The space The gite des Côtes de Sioule is a country stone house of 130m2 fully furnished and equipped on a fenced plot of more than 2000m2. Wi-Fi is available, but sometimes it's “not very reliable,” but that will make it easier for you to disconnect! Available on the ground floor: An entrance leading to a small, very well-equipped kitchen, fitted in the old bread oven, (fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher 6/10 place settings, dishes, traditional coffee maker and Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, raclette machine, meat grinder... A toilet A living /dining room sofa, armchair, coffee table, wood stove, table and 6 chairs(extension cord available) A TV lounge with two sofas A bathroom with 140 x 80 shower, vanity unit, A storage room with shelf and large wardrobe, ironing board and iron. A cellar with laundry room equipped with washing machine, dryer, clothes rack. On the mezzanine level, a bedroom (3) with 160 x 200 bed, an armchair, a shelf and work space (very large desk), a bathroom with 90 x 180 shower, toilet, double vanity unit. On the first floor: An entrance with a door, One bedroom (1) with 160 x 200 bed, large dresser, wall shelves, wardrobe, mirror. A bedroom (2) with 3 90x200 beds, two of which can make up a 180x200 bed if occupied by a couple, wall shelves, carrying... Outside: terrace, plancha, table with 8 chairs and an umbrella, 2 sun loungers. Covered car parking. Other things to note Beds are made on arrival, towels and kitchen linen are provided. Tenants are asked, upon departure, to empty and evacuate the garbage cans, do the dishes or start the dishwasher, clean the ovens and the plancha. Leave the house in a suitable condition. The remaining cleaning is included.
