The space The Gite des Côtes de Sioule is a 130 m2 country stone house, fully furnished and equipped on a fenced plot of more than 2000 m2. At your disposal on the ground floor: An entrance overlooking a small, very well-equipped kitchen, fitted out in the old bread oven, (fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher 6/10 place settings, dishes, traditional coffee maker and Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, raclette machine, chopper... A toilet A living/dining room sofa, armchair, coffee table, wood stove, table and 6 chairs (extension available) A TV lounge with two sofas A bathroom with shower 140x80, vanity unit, A closet with shelf and large wardrobe, ironing board and iron. A cellar with laundry room equipped with washing machine, dryer, drying rack. On the half level, a bedroom (3) with 160 x 200 bed, an armchair, a shelf and work space (very large desk), a bathroom with 90 x 180 shower, toilet, double sink cabinet. On the first floor: An entrance with door, One bedroom (1) with 160 x 200 cm bed, a large dresser, wall shelves, wardrobe, mirror. One bedroom (2) with 3 beds 90 x 200, two of which can be used to make a bed 180 x 200 if occupied by a couple, wall shelves, coat rack... Outside: terrace, plancha, table with 8 chairs and an umbrella, 2 sun loungers. Covered parking for cars. Other things to note Beds are made on arrival, towels and kitchen linen are provided. Tenants are asked, upon departure, to empty and evacuate the garbage cans, do the dishes or start the dishwasher, clean the ovens and the plancha. Leave the house in a suitable condition. The remaining cleaning is included.
